Welcome to the 2022-2023 school year!

I am looking forward to beginning my sixth year at Dorchester. I will be teaching Kindergarten OG Word Study, which is my absolute favorite subject to teach. I love helping students develop core phonics skills using a multisensory approach that is hands-on, engaging, and FUN! This year I will also serve as Dorchester's Leadership Associate. I will be leading the Intervention and Referral Services (I&RS) Committee, overseeing English Language Services, coordinating Learning Acceleration, and more. 

A little bit about myself: I graduated from The College of New Jersey where I received Bachelor degrees in Elementary Education and Spanish, as well as a Master of Arts in Teaching Special Education. I love to run, read, watch hockey (go Devils!) and spend time with my family and friends. I have an almost-2-year-old pup, Charlie, who I absolutely adore.
