The Woodcliff Lake School District serves the community residents of the Borough of Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey. The school and community are located in Bergen County and are situated in the northern part of this county. All school-age students are served through a variety of programs in grades pre-kindergarten through eighth grade. High school aged students in the community attend the Pascack Hills High School.
The nearly 900 students are housed in two buildings on one campus. Approximately 580 elementary students attend the Dorchester Elementary School and approximately 300 students, in grades 6 through 8, attend the Woodcliff Middle School.
Each building is led by a building principal and a carefully selected faculty that includes teachers and, where appropriate, teacher's-aides. The secretaries/assistants serve each building office and can be reached for assistance during business hours, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., each weekday.
The school buildings and grounds are well maintained by a custodial and maintenance crew.
