Welcome to 2B! My name is Joelle Buscema and I am so excited for this school year! This is my third year at Dorchester and my first year in Second Grade. I began my teaching career at The College of New Jersey where I received a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. 

I believe in creating a classroom environment where all students feel safe, welcomed, and valued. I hope that this year brings new friendships, new knowledge, and lots of love and laughter. I hope to share my love of learning with my students in order to create life-long learners. I am a firm believer in open communication with both students and parents, so please, never hesitate to reach out!
