Dear Parents,

Welcome back to another exciting school year.  As I mentioned in my earlier letter to you, we have "Gone Green".  All materials you would normally receive via a paper notice, are available on the wclpfa.com web site.  For your convenience, these items can be easily viewed and printed.  Please be sure to check the web site frequently for important notices and information, and to register to receive e-alerts.  The following items are important and should be reviewed: 
 
  • PFA Calendar - All important dates for the 2008-2009 school year are on the PFA calendar. Consider using the filtering options for the school of your choice when viewing and printing the calendar.
  • Food Service Information - Ordering information and menus from our new food service vendor, Meals for Kids.  Food service begins on September 15th.
  • Middle School Membership Form - If your youngest child is in the middle school, your PFA membership dues will be collected by mail. Please read the membership notice for additional information.
  • PFA/WCLEF Parking Space raffle- Please support the PFA and WCLEF and take a chance to win a preferred parking space near the school. Please complete and return the form by Sept. 19th.
  • Birthday Book Order Form- Celebrate your child’s birthday by donating a book in his/her honor to the school’s media centers.
  • S.A.F.E Homes information and registration form.
  • Woodcliff Lake PFA 2008-2009 list of scheduled fundraisers.
  • SEPAC- Information regarding the WCL Special Education Parent Advisory Committee and the parent to parent group signup form.
  • Ladies Night Out Update and Ad Journal Information – Please see the update on our biggest fundraiser, and join us on Nov. 20th at the Florentine Gardens for a night of Magic and Mysticism.  Please consider placing an ad in our Ladies Night Out Ad Journal.  We need your support!! 
Also note, the weekly "Thursday Folder" will also be maintained on the district web site.  Please be sure to review it weekly for important notices and fliers from the PFA.
